Cara is a Byron Bay Wedding Celebrant.
Hello, let me tell you a little about myself so you can work out if I am the right marriage celebrant for you.
I grew up on the Mid North Coast of NSW and after spending a decade in between Brisbane and Sydney doing voice overs and acting work, I am now based in the picturesque, biggest-small-town in Australia, Mullumbimby.
As a Byron Bay marriage celebrant, I perform most of my ceremonies in the Byron Shire, however further afield is possible as well, let's talk.
My background in theatre and public speaking has helped me develop the vocal training and stage presence needed to deliver your perfect wedding ceremony, and has also given me a diverse look and understanding of life and love.
Speaking of love, in 2009, I married a fantastic man and we now have two little kiddies and a pomeranian.
I found the search for a celebrant for our wedding a little daunting, so I asked a friend to become a celebrant to perform our ceremony.
A week later, my sister stole my idea and asked me to become a celebrant to marry her to her beau. I'm forever grateful to her for that request.
All couples are different, there isn't one ceremony template that is going to suit everyone.
By getting to know both you and your partner, I take pride in tailoring ceremonies to your needs and requirements - no matter how big or small. I’m friendly and welcoming, and I LOVE stories, so I'm interested in hearing about your life as a couple, the reasons why you love each other, and I'll help you bring your love story to life in your ceremony.
I will prepare and deliver a special and unique ceremony that not only both of you will cherish, but that all your guests will remember forever.
If you are keen to hear some of my voice over work, I still do that on the side under my maiden name, and you can find that here
